What the form collects

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the service you need, and your message. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive records.

How inquiries are handled

In the WordPress version, inquiries are emailed to the site’s configured contact address. This theme does not itself store inquiries in a database. The preview opens your email application instead.

Cookies & third-party services

The theme itself does not add advertising trackers or analytics. WordPress, your hosting provider, and any installed plugins may process additional information. The site owner should review this notice when adding those services.

Email the business contact address with questions about your inquiry or to request removal of an email you submitted. This notice should be reviewed for the actual hosting and email setup before launch.
